Due to Nexon's major problems, they had changed the files within the patcher.

Resulting in severe and constant DC's. I regret to say that everyone who had patched using my/or any manual patcher (including the manual patcher that was within the official nexon website) and did not back up their files, will need to redownload and reinstall the game.

Piratebay is trustable for most of the time. Besides that I dont think there is a problem with this at all since you can easily scan it for warez or keyloggers.

NOTE: REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR MS FOLDER!

The patcher has been downloaded and patched multiple times, so far it's had a 100% success rate. I'd be shocked if anyone who actually knows me would think I would do such a thing as infect the patcher. Yuck.

No problem. I'll continue making more torrents of my prepatchers from now on. On average, I'll have it seeding within an hour or two before the server goes down.

So.. after using the prepatcher, my maplestory folder not only no longer has maplestory, but nothing in my computer does? o.o idk what happened... probably has nothing to do with the patcher, but I guess I get to redl the whole game? o.o

I'd rather not risk it. Better than redownloading maple.

Ya my gf called me complaining and that was my guess. In the extended patch that they had changed values and that even the official one probably didn't work if downloaded too early. Not your fault, nexon's really. I pre patch a lot, usually works fine for me.
